Mark Leibowitz
A native of the San Francisco Bay area, Mark graduated from Stanford University and lived in Spain and Brazil prior to making his move to Los Angeles. His commercial work blends lifestyle, fashion, travel and portraiture creating what Mark calls “stylized reportage.” Mark’s fine art work explores beauty in chaos, capturing real life in the way we might imagine it. For Mark, photography is a meditation; he waits for the moment to unfold and the image to reveal itself. The work stands out by blending our real life experience into the fantastical. Each image expresses Mark’s sense that our experience contains the beautiful, sublime, and mystical.
