As an artist/designer I feel that every project should be approached without preconceived ideas. The process of creating an environment or singular piece should be organic, starting with a respectful dialogue with a client which gains insights into their personalities, desires, and lifestyle. It is my passion and desire to create something unique and timeless with a lasting impact and memorable ambience.

I work with a diverse material palette comprised of natural materials and elements such as stone, exotic woods, iron, copper, bronze, glass, and plant materials which are appropriate to each theme architecturally and otherwise. Every project to me represents an opportunity which deserves my best efforts. It is not a job as much as a creative possibility. In the end, my goal is to define spaces and create environments that have an emotional impact on those that have commissioned me to design for them.

I also provide services well beyond the scope of just landscape design, hence the title environmental landscape design. I create individual or “one-off” art installations, custom designed lighting , fireplace screens, custom hardware decorative metal items for interior or exterior custom gates and doors in any design theme. I have a great aptitude and ability to design for any type of architectural design or setting. I’ve worked with a diverse clientele and virtually every type of property from high end master planned residential housing communities to pure custom designed homes.
